The refurbishment package aims to restore your Kensho Heirlooms to its original, pristine condition. This service includes:
- Re-plating jewels to their original lustrous gold or silver state.
- A thorough cleaning of all stones and crevices.
In our commitment to environmental sustainability, we accumulate a certain amount of stock before returning it to our workshop for refurbishment. As a result, please be aware that the return and restoration of your item may take up to 10 weeks. However, in many cases, items are processed more quickly.
It's important to note that this service is currently available exclusively to customers in the UK. Additionally, the service covers the refurbishment of one Sterling Silver piece. Gemstones and crystals are replaced at an additional cost, depending on the gem size. To avail of this service, simply capture a photo of your jewellery and send it to us via WhatsApp. We will review it and provide you with a quote.
