It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high-quality craftsmanship, however, Kensho Heirlooms warrants that the Products manufactured and sold by it will be free from defects in material and workmanship. In event of an anomaly, contact us immediately and we will discuss how best to return the item(s) so that we may assess the damage and fix or replace the defective item(s).
We offer refurbishment and repair services for your modern heirloom. Note: all gold-plated items require a new round of plating after repair.

While Gold Vermeil is a great choice for jewelry, it isn't waterproof. Prolonged exposure to water can shorten your chain's lifespan. We recommend keeping your jewelry dry.
